The Executive Chairman of Ika South Local Government Area, Engr. Jerry Ehiwarior, has extended warm congratulations to the newly elected and inaugurated Delta State Executives of the All Progressives Congress (APC), led by the State Chairman, Solomon Areyenka.
The congratulatory message followed the successful conduct of the party’s State Congress held in Asaba, Delta State.
In a statement issued by his Chief Press Secretary, Jonathan Onwuka, the Chairman described the peaceful and orderly congress as a clear demonstration of unity, internal democracy, and the renewed commitment of party stakeholders to strengthening the APC in Delta State.
Hon. Ehiwarior expressed confidence that the newly inaugurated State Executive Committee, under the leadership of Hon. Solomon Areyenka, would provide inclusive, purposeful, and strategic leadership capable of repositioning the party for greater political success and effective grassroots mobilization across the state.
He also assured the state leadership of the unwavering support and cooperation of the APC family in Ika South Local Government Area in advancing the collective ideals and vision of the party.
The Chairman further congratulated Williams Eghebi and Chief Mrs. Onyeisi Ochei Ogbekwu, both illustrious indigenes of Ika South Local Government Area, on their emergence as Assistant Financial Secretary and Woman Leader of the Delta State APC, respectively. He noted that their election brings pride to the people of Ika South and reflects their dedication and commitment to the growth of the party.
